DELIVERY & RETURNS / TERMS OF DELIVERY
Articles will be delivered to the delivery address mentioned at the time of the order.
TEA & FUSION SARL guarantees each purchase during its transit period until its delivery to the delivery address you have indicated. We require a signature upon receipt of all products, after which responsibility for your purchases is transferred to you. If you have indicated a different recipient than you for the delivery (for example, if it is a gift), you agree that the proof of signature from the recipient (or from this delivery address) constitutes the proof of delivery and the contract completed by TEA & FUSION SARL, and the transfer of responsibility is the same as previously.
FedEx is able to deliver to certain places without asking for a signature upon receipt of the order. If this option is available for your delivery address, you can choose to benefit by checking the box on the “Delivery” page, before finalizing your purchases. Please note that if no signature is required then you agree to our Terms and Conditions and authorize TEA & FUSION SARL to leave your package (s) outside the delivery address indicated without obtaining signature as proof of delivery. Be aware that in this case, you bear full responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur.
Articles are only shipped after the client’s effective payment. Delivery times are indicated in the confirmation. The times indicated are corresponding to the average time of treatment and delivery. Even though we shall endeavour to respect these delivery times as accurately as possible, they depend on transportation possibilities.
TEA & FUSION SARL cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery not being of its fact. Any delay cannot give rise to damages and interest, the cancellation of the order, or the refusal to take delivery.
The shipping cost of the delivery is also indicated on the invoice.
TEA & FUSION SARL is not responsible for any delay following the customs clearance procedures to the place of destination.
YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY
In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the client may exercise his/her withdrawal right within fourteen (14) clear days as from the ordered articles’ receipt. In this case, the client does not have to justify his decision. He/she does not have to pay any penalty either.
A client exercising his/her withdrawal right shall however bear the costs resulting from the ordered articles’ return and the related risks thereof. Articles shall then be returned to the following address : 49 rue Jean Jaurès, Casablanca, Morocco.
Articles must be returned in their packaging of origin. They must furthermore be sufficiently protected. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the Product is correctly addressed, adequately packaged, bears adequate postage and reaches TEA & FUSION SARL safely and is not damaged or lost in transit. Returned articles will be reimbursed by bank card credit within a maximal period of ten (10) days as from the date of the articles’ receipt. Once the articles have been used, this withdrawal right may no longer be exercised.
The Customer shall send back the Product to the TEA & FUSION SARL Returns Department without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he or she unequivocally informed TEA & FUSION SARL that he or she does not want to keep the Product. Any failure to do so may delay any reimbursement that the Customer may be entitled to receive. No returns will be accepted by TEA & FUSION SARL after the Return Period.
Any failure to return the original TEA & FUSION SARL Box or special packaging in proper condition will entitle TEA & FUSION SARL to withhold the corresponding value from such reimbursement.
We recommend the Customers to keep a proof of return shipment and TEA & FUSION SARL accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by the TEA & FUSION SARL Returns Department will be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving a return, TEA & FUSION SARL will verify that the returned Product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and would then proceed with its reimbursement.
If the returned product meets the quality control, TEA & FUSION SARL will proceed with refund.
Should a Product be returned to the TEA & FUSION SARL Returns Department, only a Customer will be entitled to receive a refund. In no event will a Gift Recipient be entitled to receive a refund. Initial delivery charges will be refunded to the Customer.
TEA & FUSION SARL does not make standard exchanges.
